Strawberry Cheesecake is the brilliant occasion to feel summer taste of strawberries in quite untypical dessert dish – because it tastes only slightly sweet!To make it you need to beat together sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Add in sliced fresh strawberries (approximately ¾ of cup).Cover 6 thin tortillas with prepared filling and roll them, like burrito (secure with toothpicks afterwards).Combine 1 tablespoon of cinnamon with 1/3 cup of sugar in separate bowl. Fry Chimichangas at 360F until they are crispy and golden brown.Let them dry for a minute on a paper towel, then coat evenly in a sugar/cinnamon mixture. Remove toothpicks and enjoy the yummy!
