You should definitely try this great summer treat – believe me, you won’t regret even for a second that you decided to make this dish – it tastes marvelous.Preparing s’mores we all struggle in some way (we’re working with flower shapes after all!) – sometimes it’s hard to make everything look nice and perfect, but it’s irrelevant – because it’s the taste, what counts above all!Firstly, we need a proper flower cutter (2-1/4″ at widest point). Then we should defrost the pie crust and roll it with a rolling pin until flat. Next step – cut the flower shapes with cookie cutter (approximately 30 shapes).Transfer the flowers on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper; leave some space for lollipop sticks. Coat the shapes with beaten egg and insert lollipop sticks, press them into the crust.Cut the chocolate into pieces and put each of them on top of lollipop stick; place a few small marshmallows over chocolate pieces.Cover with top flower shapes and press the edges properly with fork; brush s’mores with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sugar.Bake at 350F and enjoy!
