Italy is not only the land of pizza and pasta – lots of colorful tasty salads are also created there! For instance, famous traditional insalata caprese, which is a bit modificated in this recipe. Improvements are approved by typical Italians who are my friends!The main adjustment in this case is sliced avocados since they create just sophisticated taste. Seasonings are up to you, I prefer putting there salt, pepper, olive oil and of course vinegar. Don’t forget about serving the salad on separate plates, as well as about bread (I am used to have baguette with this salad). Enjoy your meal!
