I think there are two types of people. Who likes caramelized onions and those, who hates. Of course, if I’m writing this that means that I adore caramelize onions and wish you to know this feeling. I can eat this marvel without anything, just in clear way)) But, for sure, you can just image how tasty it would be, when you add these caramelized onions to potato or to meat or to rice or to eggs or to pie… I can continue this list very long time, believe me. So you really should to know how to caramelize onions well, because it’s not so easy as we could think for first time, but to easy, when we understand how much taste it makes for meal.
